Madison West Elm is an elevated apartment living experience, both geographically and experientially, with a slate of expectation-shattering amenities and an aesthetic as thoughtful and unique as their residents.

Every square inch of the 12-story building with 360° views overlooking the vibrant town of Conshohocken has been engineered to anticipate their residents’ every need. Co-working areas, an on-site maker space, and a reading room inspire productivity, while a fully functional golf simulator and fitness center offer a physical outlet. When it’s time to unwind, entertain, or mingle, a moody speakeasy and luxurious lounge await.

The design aesthetic for West Elm can be summed up as “the perfect amount of everything”, which is no small feat when creating a logo and accompanying brand identity. It needed to be refined and luxurious while still exciting the viewer. These goals were achieved through using an elegant stencil font, custom typography, and a color palette inspired by the luxurious finishings of the property. The only thing left to do is to pick a floor plan and call the movers.
